Today a surprising result emerged. The position of Teams in my table is aligned more or less exactly as per my initial prediction:

Well the tournament has begun and looking at first few matches. I would stick my neck out and try and make a few predictions. Well looks like CSK, DD and KXIP are the best bets for semifinals. And a toss up between MI, RCB, and DC for the last berth. However, RR and KKR look weaker in my analysis.
